Training
If working environment representatives have already been elected in your company, they will require training. This training takes place during working hours at the expense of the employer and is regulated by the procedure for occupational health and safety training.
Working environment representatives and specialists may only be trained by institutions registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs.
The provision of first aid in the event of accidents must be guaranteed in every company. The number of people given the responsibility of providing first aid is not set out in law – it depends on the size of a company and the number of divisions or shifts and organisation of work within the company.
A company’s first aid officers are trained by institutions registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs.
