Making an appointment

• Explain the nature of the problem or question to which you are seeking an answer.
• Provide your contact details so that an official who is familiar with the matter can contact you if required before the appointment to clarify your question or problem.
• A consultant from the Information Management Department will register your problem or question, forward it to the department which is capable of answering it and inform you of the date and time of your appointment.

Appointments with the minister must be made in advance with the minister’s adviser by phoning +372 626 9106. We request that you only make an appointment with the minister if other officials from the Ministry of Social Affairs have not been able to resolve the matter you have raised or their explanations proved unsatisfactory.
