Two important keywords are related to work – working environment and employment relationship.
In order to create occupational well-being, it is necessary to consistently take care of the working environment, i.e. the environment in which the person works, and to ensure the protection of the health and safety of the employee.
In employment relationships, employees and employers must respect the mutual rights and obligations specified in the contract of employment, collective agreements and the laws governing employment relationships (for example, the Employment Contracts Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act). Friendly cooperation between employees and in worker-employer relationships requires that the parties be aware of their rights and obligations.
